• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, gathering detailed histories and identifying the best therapeutic approaches to implement.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.

The clients we serve vary widely, encompassing individuals from diverse backgrounds facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Your role as an LCSW is not only to provide therapeutic interventions but also to empower clients with coping strategies that promote resilience and well-being. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their healing journeys, addressing both their emotional and psychological needs.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a valid LCSW license in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities that contribute to innovative treatment strategies.

Experience with trauma-informed care principles, as well as familiarity with digital health tools for teletherapy, is highly desirable. In addition, proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities will be beneficial for meeting the diverse needs of our client base.
