• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the unique mental health needs of clients, crafting personalized treatment plans based on their goals.


• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic approaches.


• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining open lines of communication to ensure that clients receive holistic and coordinated care.


• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health crises, providing immediate de-escalation and support as necessary.


• Lead community outreach efforts and educational initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of mental health issues, thereby helping to destigmatize mental health care.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of client documentation.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in clinical settings.


• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for client documentation and tracking treatment progress.


• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a commitment to staying updated on best practices in mental health care.
