This position operates in a remote setting, specifically delivering mental health services to various school environments. • Act as a primary liaison between families, school systems, and outpatient providers to coordinate effective mental health interventions.


• Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and utilization management, ensuring that clients receive necessary support and resources.


• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare processes, providing tailored recommendations and follow-up care for individuals transitioning from intensive services.


• Deliver therapeutic meal support, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster a healthy relationship with food and body image in clients.


• Offer empathetic, safe, and affirming care tailored to each client's specific needs, considering their unique intersecting identities and circumstances.

The focus of this role is primarily on adolescents within school settings. The successful candidate will work closely with students experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. By employing culturally competent and individualized approaches, the LCSW will support these young individuals through their challenges, promoting survival skills and emotional intelligence.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.


• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida is required.


• Demonstrated experience working with older adolescents, including recent exposure to school settings.


• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong connections with clients, families, and other professionals.


• Capability to work independently while also thriving in team-oriented environments.

• Experience in remote counseling and familiarity with telehealth platforms.


• Additional training in trauma-informed care or related therapeutic methodologies.
