Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to craft individualized therapy plans for clients.

  • Deliver diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices that align with each client's unique needs.

  • Document clinical interactions meticulously to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate comprehensive care strategies that optimize client outcomes.

  • Actively engage in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

  • An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

  • A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a generous bonus structure.
