• Diverse case mix, including obstetrics

• Practice exclusively at one location—no mandatory coverage at other sites

• Focus on adult patients (ages 13 and up)

• Collaborative care model: Approximately 40% of cases are conducted under Medical Direction at a 1:3 ratio, while around 60% are managed solely by MDs

• Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program

• Eligibility for board certification or board certification in Anesthesiology
