Mind & Soul Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to create an optimal work-life balance. While much of the work can be accomplished from your home office, you will also have the opportunity to engage virtually with clients, fellow team members, and community partners. Regular business hours are established, though occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients.
• Develop individualized service plans detailing specific goals, interventions, and methods for tracking progress.
• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families experiencing a range of life challenges, from mental health issues to crisis situations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create tailored service plans and connect them with relevant community resources.
• Offer crisis intervention and develop risk assessments and safety plans when clients are at heightened risk.
• Engage with community organizations and agencies to coordinate multifaceted service delivery and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Participate in outreach initiatives designed to raise awareness of our services and the social issues we address.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in ongoing staff training and professional development opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on clients in the detox phase of recovery, who are often navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with individuals suffering from substance abuse disorders, often compounded by issues such as trauma, mental health disorders, and socio-economic barriers, empowering them to access necessary resources and support.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and familiarity with social and economic justice issues is essential.

• Previous experience within a social service agency or a similar facility is preferred, with a strong emphasis on individual and group counseling.
• Familiarity with community resources in the Olathe area and a proven record of successful collaboration with various entities is highly valuable.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
