Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for your clients.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring each session is personalized to meet the diverse needs of your clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records utilizing our practice management system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and organizations to coordinate care for your clients, enhancing their overall treatment experience.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including adults and children, who are navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your role will ensure that all clients receive care that is respectful, private, and adapted to their individual circumstances and backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling context, showcasing your reliability and effectiveness in providing quality care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with a wide range of clientele.
  • A deep understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience specializing in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse treatment, which would enhance the breadth of support we can offer our clients.
  • Prior telehealth experience is a plus, as it will help you adapt to our remote service model effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation in the range of USD 77,000 to 100,000 per year, plus a bonus structure that supports unlimited earnings potential based on performance.
