Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple commercial development projects, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, priorities, and follow-up items.
- Research and evaluate development opportunities, site information, market data, and project feasibility.
- Support commercial real estate transactions, due diligence activities, documentation, and project readiness.
- Review site plans, surveys, development documents, and construction drawings for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, property owners, consultants, municipalities, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and project updates to support planning, communication, and leadership decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
