• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns and conditions.

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions to clients using an array of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches, adapting techniques to align with each client’s unique needs.

• Establish and set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, offering clients convenient access to mental health support, especially beneficial for those with mobility issues or scheduling constraints.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical guidelines and legislative requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training sessions and workshops to stay current with best practices and advancements in the mental health field.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in aiding clients in developing coping strategies and facilitating positive change in their lives.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to addressing clients' struggles.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely documentation and compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, working with a variety of mental health conditions.

• Experience with teletherapy practices and technology is highly desirable.

• Compensation will range from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, based on experience and client caseload.
