Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting modalities as needed based on client feedback and progress.

  • Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, while accurately documenting progress and treatment outcomes.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, participating in regular consultations to enhance care quality.

  • Engage in peer review sessions and case consultations to continuously improve therapeutic strategies and methodologies.

Qualifications
