Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions focused on addressing a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges with executive functioning.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals, tracking their progress over time.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Engage with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support and share insights that enhance client care.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy, integrating evidence-based interventions into your work.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance collaborative efforts and personal growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of adolescents and young adults who may be grappling with various mental health challenges. Understanding the unique needs of this age group is essential, as their experiences with anxiety, depression, and trauma require sensitivity and targeted approaches. By providing compassionate care and creating a trusting environment, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (such as MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to practice as a mental health professional.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills with an ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and multidisciplinary team members.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, certification training, and continuous education.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working specifically with teenagers and young adults in a therapeutic setting.
  • Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices relevant to adolescent mental health.
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools.
Compensation and Benefits
