Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this position.

  • A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
