About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are committed to providing integrated mental health care tailored to the needs of our community. Our outpatient office collaborates closely with a variety of medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health, addressing co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Our team values compassion, accountability, and teamwork and we are dedicated to fostering an environment where our therapists can thrive.

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still maintaining a strong connection with an interdisciplinary team. You will engage with professionals across different specialties to develop and coordinate treatment plans that encompass both mental and physical health considerations. Our outpatient focus allows for diverse case management opportunities, enhancing your professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments that consider both psychological and medical factors impacting patients' wellbeing.

  • Designing and executing integrated treatment plans that provide effective strategies for managing mental health in conjunction with medical issues.

  • Facilitating individual therapy sessions and group therapy meetings, employing evidence-based techniques to promote patient growth and resilience.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

  • Participating in regular interdisciplinary meetings and case conferences to optimize patient care strategies.

  • Staying informed on current research and best practices in integrated care methodologies to continuously enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, particularly individuals experiencing complex mental health conditions often compounded by physical ailments. Your role is crucial in helping patients navigate their challenges and improve their overall health outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries while adhering to ethical standards.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

  • A strong teamwork mindset, with the ability to engage actively in collaborative care practices.

Preferred Experience
