Allure Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Work Environment
This full-time role provides the flexibility of a remote work setting while also incorporating outpatient services tailored to the needs of our clients. You will be working Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient schedules on occasion. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each client’s unique experiences and formulate tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting methodologies to meet the specific cultural and personal needs of patients.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns, instilling resilience and enhancing well-being.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
- Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and explore available treatment options and resources within the community.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Actively engage in case conferences, contribute to team discussions, and attend cultural competency training to enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed of ongoing research, best practices, and relevant cultural considerations related to mental health therapy.

Qualifications
- An advanced degree (Master's or doctoral) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.
- A current, valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.
- A robust understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and a commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practices.
- Experience in delivering individual and group therapy utilizing inclusive and diverse methodologies.
- Strong crisis intervention skills along with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to establish rapport with patients from varied backgrounds.
- Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technology.
- A dedication to upholding professional standards and confidentiality, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits
