Step into a pivotal role beyond the conventional Emergency Department and oversee clinical operations for one of Louisiana's largest EMS services.

We are looking for a seasoned Emergency Medicine physician to take on a leadership position, guiding approximately 2,000 frontline providers and managing 1,000 to 1,200 patient transports daily.

• Influence clinical practices statewide and make a significant operational impact.
• Work within a well-established network of physicians, advanced practice providers, and quality support teams.
• Enjoy the flexibility to reside anywhere in Louisiana, with a preference for Lafayette.
• Travel approximately one to two days per week.
• Receive a vehicle allowance, fuel card, and compensation for business travel.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Five to ten years of active clinical experience, with prior EMS exposure preferred; EMS fellowship training is not mandatory.
• A personable and dynamic leader who is passionate about supporting frontline teams, enhancing patient care, and addressing complex clinical issues.
