Our organization is looking for an Acute Care Registered Nurse dedicated to providing exceptional and empathetic care to adult and elderly patients within our critical access facility. In this role focused on patient care, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Facilitate interdisciplinary care coordination
• Assist in safe transitions through effective discharge planning and patient education
