This remote position allows you to provide essential mental health services to a diverse client base while working within a supportive and collaborative environment. Your work hours will generally be from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend sessions to meet client needs. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, using validated tools and individualized interviews.


• Develop, implement, and assess personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to the specific goals of each client.


• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling utilizing therapeutic modalities designed for varied presentations of mental health issues.


• Engage with interdisciplinary teams consisting of medical professionals, social workers, and other specialists to coordinate the comprehensive care of clients.


• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of professionalism.


• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Having a background in trauma-informed care and experience working with populations affected by addiction or severe mental illness is highly desirable. Familiarity with using technology in therapy, such as telehealth platforms, can enhance service delivery and client engagement.
