Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, your primary responsibility will involve providing high-quality psychotherapy services to clients facing diverse mental health challenges. Your daily tasks will include:



  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to inform tailored treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused methodologies.

  • Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, specifically adapted to cater to each client’s unique circumstances.

  • Maintaining accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.

  • Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to seamlessly integrate care and enhance treatment outcomes.

  • Engaging in continuous professional development by participating in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving service quality.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
