The starting compensation for LPNs is $40 per hour, while RNs begin at $43 per hour, with additional shift differentials ranging from $1 to $6 per hour.

Position SummaryThe Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse will assist the Director of Nursing in the overall execution, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services within the community.
Primary Responsibilities- Overseeing C.N.A.s to guarantee high-quality care is consistently provided.
- Administering medications, conducting skilled nursing assessments, and delivering treatments.
- Demonstrating proficiency in foley catheters, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and wound care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of skilled care.
- Engaging in proactive communication with residents, families, staff, physicians, and external providers.
- Current RN/LPN license to practice in the State of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience.
- Experience and/or a special interest in working with older adults.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to foster positive relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members.
- In good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases.
