Connect Oneself Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Telehealth Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct comprehensive telehealth intake assessments to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.


• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.


• Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.


• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and relevant information in strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.


• Engage actively in clinical supervision sessions, training events, and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.


• Continuously update your knowledge of best practices, emerging research, and current trends in the mental health field to benefit your client interactions and treatment methodologies.

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health principles and practices.


• Possession of a valid and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.


• Proven ability to practice independently, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and skills.


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a compassionate approach to client care.


• Strong computer literacy skills necessary for operating telehealth platforms and maintaining digital records.

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a clinical counseling role is preferred, particularly in a telehealth setting.


• Prior experience in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience.
