- Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient inquiries to ensure outstanding care.

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless care and provide direct patient support when necessary.
- Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting them with complex patient needs and questions.
- Celebrate the achievements and milestones reached by our patients.
- Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification is a plus.
- Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
