Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Remote / Nashville, TN

Access Healing Therapy, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team, based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexible work arrangements that adapt to the needs of our counselors and clients. • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.


• Provide consistent, evidence-based therapy sessions to clients, focusing on their unique goals, challenges, and strengths.


• Facilitate group therapy sessions that enhance peer support and provide a space for shared experiences.


• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, therapeutic progress, and treatment outcomes within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.


• Engage in continuous communication and collaboration with family members and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care.


• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to keep abreast of new therapy methods and enhance service delivery.


• Provide feedback and suggestions on clinic practices to elevate client experiences and therapy outcomes.

The LPC will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Our focus on community involvement means that counselors will engage with clients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, requiring cultural competency and adaptability in therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.


• Active licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.


• Proficient in technology, with strong skills in using Google Suite and electronic health records for efficient client management.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.


• Previous work experience in a community health setting or with low-income populations is a plus.


• Familiarity with telehealth practices and online counseling tools to adapt to a virtual care environment.
