This role is primarily remote, allowing mental health professionals the flexibility to provide services from various locations while staying connected with a dedicated team. • Administer comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored therapy plans that outline measurable goals.


• Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions that align with best practices in mental health care, utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques and other modalities to promote resilience.


• Regularly document sessions and maintain accurate electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and facilitating improved treatment continuity.


• Participate actively in clinical case reviews and team meetings to share insights and collaborate on client care strategies.


• Engage in continued professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and seminars that contribute to personal growth and enhanced service delivery.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience working in a counseling setting, demonstrating a commitment to client-centered care.

• Experience with electronic health record systems is advantageous, as it enhances efficiency in documentation and client management.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
