OBGYN Hospitalist Position | Suburb of Nashville
Start Date: Immediate Pay Range: $336,600 - $405,000

OB Hospitalist (Laborist) Position

Murfreesboro, TN | 35 Miles from Nashville

Become part of a well-established OB Hospitalist program at a leading regional medical facility that caters to one of Tennessee's rapidly expanding communities. Experience an inpatient-only practice with a predictable schedule, robust specialty support, and an excellent quality of life.

Position Highlights:

• Established model with two providers
• Approximately 3,800 deliveries each year
• Inpatient-only practice with no outpatient duties
• Flexible scheduling with just 6.5 24-hour shifts monthly for full-time practitioners
• Options for 12- or 24-hour shifts
• Collaborative environment with strong partnerships in the community

Outstanding Clinical Support

• Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
• Neonatology services
• Pediatric Cardiology
• Pediatric Neurology
• 24/7 in-house anesthesia support

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximately $4,000 per shift (annual earnings between $336,000 - $375,000)
• W-2 employment structure

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Tennessee
• Proficient in managing inpatient obstetrical care and urgent gynecological situations
