We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment.   Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

  Provide physical therapy treatments based on patient needs and established plans of care

  Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and ongoing care

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program



• 
  

  Current or eligible state Physical Therapist license



• 
  

  CPR/BLS certification as required



• 
  

  Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team



•
