• Conduct secure virtual therapy sessions to provide individual, couple, and family counseling tailored to each client’s unique situation.


• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and clients’ specific mental health needs.


• Utilize advanced telehealth technology to ensure seamless communication and documentation of sessions, including progress notes and treatment adjustments.


• Engage in regular case consultations and meetings with interdisciplinary team members to enhance the continuity and quality of care for clients.


• Maintain adherence to ethical and professional standards, keeping abreast of developments in the mental health field and implementing best practices within your work.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their emotions and develop coping strategies that facilitate their healing and personal development.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.


• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of California.


• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling tools.


• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans for diverse client populations.


• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
