Licensed Nursing Assistant - Medication Administration, Assisted Living

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Full-Time LNA/MNA to join our team for the 3 PM to 11 PM shift within our continuing care retirement community. This position involves providing essential personal care, assisting with medication administration in accordance with MNA guidelines, and ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver hands-on personal care to residents.
• Assist with medication management as permitted by MNA standards.
• Monitor and ensure the comfort and safety of residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate closely with nurses and care teams to support seniors with varying levels of independence.
