Our organization is on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to become part of our rapidly growing division in Charlotte! • General urology and subspecialty opportunities, allowing for the integration of personal subspecialty interests.
• Join a rapidly expanding, physician-owned and led organization.
• Immediate patient volume with a solid referral network.
• Contribute to shaping the future development of the practice.
• Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) assist with call duties, reducing the burden on physicians.
• A collaborative and extensive APP framework throughout the organization, maintaining approximately a 1:1 APP-to-physician ratio.
• Shared call responsibilities that are manageable and non-burdensome.
• Physicians practice within designated geographic areas and cover local hospitals.
• Dedicated operating room (OR) and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) block time available.
• Typical work schedule includes 3 clinic days and 2 OR days.
• Teaching opportunities available for premedical and medical students.

• Ancillary opportunities encompass pharmacy, PAE, imaging, IOD, pathology, PET scanning, clinical research, ASC, and more.
• Partnership track available after approximately 24 months.
