OBGYN Physician | Academic Faculty | Shared Call | Washington, DC

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time OBGYN to become part of our expanding Women's Health team in Washington, DC. This position is perfect for both new and seasoned OBGYNs who wish to thrive in a nurturing academic setting where education is highly valued. Our providers benefit from a well-rounded practice that includes both obstetrics and gynecology, working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in patient care. You will have the chance to serve a diverse patient demographic within one of the region's most esteemed academic medical groups.

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule / Hours: Enjoy a balanced practice model with approximately 2 days in the clinic, 1 day in the Operating Room (OR), and only 1-2 twelve-hour Labor & Delivery shifts each month.
• Call: Shared among providers, with weekends and holidays rotated; a day off is provided after call.
• Patient Volume: Varies
• Location: Our facility in Foggy Bottom, Washington, DC
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic and affiliated hospital
• Support/Care Team: Comprising 33 physicians, 5 midwives, 7 advanced practice providers (APPs), along with medical assistants (MAs) and registered nurses (RNs) in the clinic.
• EMR / Technology: Epic

• Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients ranging from adolescents to seniors.
• Perform annual wellness exams and preventive health visits for women.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage common gynecologic and obstetric issues.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, APPs, nurses, residents, and medical students to provide optimal patient support.
• Educate medical students and residents, contributing to the training of future physicians.
• Provide patient-centered care in a nationally recognized academic environment.
• Document clinical interactions using Epic EMR.

• Competitive Base Salary: Ranges from $260K to $310K, based on experience and practice scope.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN
