Connected Minds Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, applying evidence-based treatment methods tailored to clients’ specific needs.


• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using standardized psychological assessments and clinical interviews.


• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and interests of each client, continuously adjusting these plans based on client progress and feedback.


• Provide timely crisis intervention, including suicide assessments and referrals for hospitalization when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to develop integrated care plans and support services.


• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.


• Contribute to the development of clinical policies that enhance service delivery and uphold clinical quality standards.


• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enrich clinical skills and stay current with emerging mental health practices.

The clientele served by Connected Minds Counseling Services encompasses a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. As an LCSW, you will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological conditions, placing cultural competence and sensitivity at the forefront of treatment practices.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.


• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Tennessee.


• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services in a therapeutic setting.


• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to implement them effectively throughout your practice.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective dialogue with clients, families, and colleagues.


• Exemplary critical thinking and interpersonal skills to navigate complex situations and foster strong therapeutic alliances.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment is preferred.


• Experience working with diverse populations and utilizing cultural humility in treatment.


• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document clinical services and manage patient files.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
