CRNA - Monroe, Louisiana

The Opportunity

Join our dedicated team as an Anesthesia General provider in Monroe, Louisiana, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. Assignment Details


  • Location: Monroe, Louisiana

  • Start Date: Beginning ASAC

  • Duration: A minimum of 3 months with the option to extend. Full-time candidates preferred, but might consider a minimum of 2 weeks per month ongoing.

  • Schedule: Open to 8's, 10's, and/or 12's or a mix

  • Call Requirements: Not required but a plus if provider is able to cover OB, this would also require weekend coverage

  • Setting: Inpatient, OR/Surgery Dept. Level 3 trauma center.

  • Credentialing: 90 days

  • EMR System: EPIC

  • Model: There are two Anesthesiologist's available that help with the preops and any other necessary medial need. Otherwise, CRNA will work independently.

  • Case Types: General, ortho, complex vascular, regionals, thoracic, OB (CRNA must be comfortable administering epidurals & spinals), Peds (they need to be experienced from newborn through 18 years. Don't do many infants, however it does occasionally come up. For newborns, it would mainly be intubations on a delivery that needed it).

Requirements


  • Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS, and BLS

  • Licensure: Active LA license required upfront
