As a licensed mental health counselor at Wisdom Tree Counseling, you will be an integral member of our team, providing outpatient therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. • Provide therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy to clients facing a range of mental health issues.


• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual goals.


• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders and other mental health challenges.


• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care, integrating psychopharmacological strategies when necessary.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans with minimal administrative burden.


• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities, including team meetings and training sessions, to enhance therapeutic skills.
