Remote Licensed Clinical Counselor - Telehealth Specialist

In this role, you will work remotely, benefiting from the flexibility of setting your schedule according to your availability and that of your clients. • Conduct comprehensive telehealth intake assessments that accurately gather client history and current needs to formulate effective treatment plans.


• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness interventions.


• Engage in collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic treatment and enhance client outcomes.


• Document all client interactions, progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant information with precision, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and HIPAA standards.


• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and training to enhance your skill set and stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.


• Maintain a thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines, privacy regulations, and innovative therapeutic approaches to deliver the highest quality of care to clients.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a closely related field.


• Valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, we provide:
