As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), your primary responsibility will involve managing a diverse caseload of clients while building respectful and professional relationships. Your day may involve:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ needs and backgrounds.


• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific goals of each client.


• Holding regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and therapy effectiveness, scheduling follow-ups and discharges when appropriate.


• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and integrated care for all clients.


• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date records, including progress notes and treatment documentation.


• Engaging in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and address case challenges.


• Participating actively in team meetings to contribute insights and coordinate approaches to client care.

To qualify for this exciting position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a closely related field.

• Proficiency in computer use, including basic keyboarding skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
