• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to inform treatment planning.


• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and evidence-based practices.


• Provide individual therapy sessions using techniques best suited for each client, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches.


• Set and track therapeutic goals to monitor progress, adjusting plans as necessary to best serve clients.


• Offer flexibility in therapy delivery through teletherapy options to accommodate those facing accessibility challenges.


• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation to meet ethical standards for practice.


• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.

The clients you will serve require a variety of support related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Our focus is on fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable to express themselves and explore their challenges. You will engage with a diverse clientele, empowering them to overcome their struggles with careful guidance and specialized therapeutic interventions.

• Must possess a valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.


• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate trusting client relationships.


• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.


• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively balance caseloads.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care methodologies.


• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and modalities.


• Previous experience in a remote work setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Core Life Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes the following:
