  • Senior Patient Focus: Work primarily with patients aged 65 and older.

  • Supportive Care Team: Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure quality time with each patient.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree.
  • Board Certification: Required to be Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Experience: Familiarity with Managed Care or Medicare Advantage models is advantageous.
  • Fellowship Training: Fellowship in Geriatrics is welcomed but not mandatory.
  • Licensure: Must possess an active, non-probationary medical license in Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one.
