This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your preferred location while maintaining compliance with ethical standards. • Conduct thorough initial assessments, including intake interviews and standardized assessments, to establish comprehensive client profiles.


• Develop tailored treatment plans that identify specific therapeutic goals suited to each client's unique needs.


• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing effective modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.


• Engage clients in meaningful dialogue to foster their personal growth and effectively monitor their progress towards treatment goals.


• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.


• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including team meetings and external training sessions, to stay abreast of best practices and new therapeutic techniques.

As part of our team, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress management. Your empathetic approach will be essential in creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and work toward mental wellness.

• Possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.


• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.


• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive therapeutic alliance with clients.


• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude throughout the therapeutic process.


• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• Experience in telehealth settings, with proficiency in using teletherapy platforms.


• Background in evidence-based therapy methodologies, particularly those relevant to trauma-informed care.


• A proven track record of successfully developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
