Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Remote Telehealth

The Compassionate Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote telehealth team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.


• Provide individual therapy utilizing tailored techniques that foster personal growth, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.


• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and actively monitor their progress through regular feedback and adjustment of strategies.


• Utilize teletherapy platforms efficiently to conduct virtual counseling sessions and engage clients in a meaningful manner.


• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.


• Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and remain abreast of emerging trends in mental health therapy.

This role requires sensitivity and awareness in working with a diverse population that may include couples, children, teenagers, and families, particularly from underrepresented communities. Clinicians with experience in serving clients of color and those within the LGBTQIA+ community are highly encouraged to apply. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.


• Possession of a current and valid LMFT license issued by the state of Colorado.


• Minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.


• Clinical experience working with varied demographics, including couples, children, and adolescents.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Experience providing teletherapy services and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.


• Proven history of successful case management and treatment planning tailored to diverse client needs.


• Therapeutic experience addressing trauma, addiction, anxiety, and related mental health conditions.
