• Our facility is a 99-bed community-owned hospital that serves patients of all ages in the Cushing, Oklahoma area. We provide 24-hour emergency services, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, and more. Additionally, we offer inpatient behavioral health care for adults facing mental health crises, supported by a fully staffed team of licensed professionals and personalized treatment plans.

• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in line with organizational standards to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care.
• Must demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for patients in the unit.
• Exhibit understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan, with the ability to assess data reflecting the patient's condition and interpret the information required to meet each patient's age-specific needs.
• Plan and provide patient care, including the development, modification, and implementation of care plans in accordance with health standards to ensure quality patient care as outlined in our policies and procedures.
• Expected to comply with the regulations established by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
• Supervise and monitor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) as necessary.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• At least 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Oklahoma RN license or applicable Multi-State RN license (upon hire)
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role, prior to providing direct patient care
• ACLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• PALS certification (within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications:

• TNCC certification
