• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs.


• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and experiences.


• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, or solution-focused therapy.


• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment as necessary to ensure effectiveness.


• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring that clients have access to services regardless of their location or mobility challenges.


• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards.


• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and practices in mental health treatment.

You will primarily serve adults dealing with various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and everyday life stressors. Our clients are diverse, and we embrace a comprehensive understanding of their backgrounds, cultures, and needs, allowing you to provide more effective, individualized care.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a clinical focus.


• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.


• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.


• Ability to maintain organization and manage time effectively in a busy clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Experience with trauma-informed care approaches and familiarity with teletherapy platforms are highly desirable.
