Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing best practices.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting strategies to meet the unique requirements of each client.
- Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and healthcare providers, to deliver coordinated care that promotes holistic well-being.
- Engage in case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to enhance clinical effectiveness and quality of care.
- Empower clients and their families by providing education on mental health topics, fostering a deeper understanding of wellness practices.
- Stay current with ongoing research and developments in the field of social work to continuously improve client outcomes.
The LCSW will work primarily with youth in a school setting, providing essential mental health support to students facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
- At least three years of clinical experience with a specialization in psychotherapy.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.

Experience working within a school setting or with youth populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans based on best practices will enhance your application. In addition, experience in case management and knowledge of local community resources can further support our clients.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the level of experience and expertise.
