Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups to address various mental health issues.

  • Implement a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will primarily work with individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Experience in community-based settings or with underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
