Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health challenges and identify appropriate treatment paths.

  • Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring their progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

  • Offer teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who prefer virtual appointments or have mobility challenges, ensuring access to necessary mental health care.

  • Maintain clear and precise documentation of all therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

  • Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and seminars to update clinical skills and stay current with trends in mental health treatment.

Qualifications

  • An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
