• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.


• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various mental health issues.


• Appropriately refer clients to specialists when necessary, facilitating a network of support services that extend beyond in-house therapy.


• Implement treatment interventions that focus on improving relational dynamics, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthy communication among family members.


• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring that all records are maintained in compliance with legal and ethical standards.


• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed of the latest therapeutic practices and tools.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Congruent Psychiatric Services, you will primarily work with clients facing a range of challenges including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, separation and divorce adjustments, and mental health disorders. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through their toughest moments, helping them navigate intricate family dynamics and fostering resilience.

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).


• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.


• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and treat a variety of mental health concerns effectively.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in diverse cultural backgrounds and specialized training in family therapy or couple’s counseling will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also considered a significant advantage for this remote role.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 - 105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. In addition, our organization provides a robust benefits package that includes:
