As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored therapeutic plans.


• Providing therapy services to couples, as well as individual sessions with family members, to address relational dynamics.


• Addressing various issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, family conflicts, psychological trauma, grief, and loss.


• Facilitating effective communication between family members, especially in cases of blended families, separation, and divorce.


• Utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance treatment outcomes and support client progress through regular reviews.


• Engaging in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and collaborating with colleagues.

Your expertise will support a diverse client base including both adults and children/adolescents. You will address various challenges, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol Abuse


• Physical/Psychological Abuse


• Grief and Loss


• Interpersonal Conflicts among Family Members


• Job Stress and Adjustment Issues


• Communication Difficulties
