Senior Consultant, Salesforce Data 360 & Marketing AI

In this Senior Consultant role, you bridge front-office strategy with Salesforce Data 360 architecture and hands-on AI/engineering delivery. You lead client relationships and delivery while staying close to technology to configure, build, and troubleshoot with your team. You'll translate business priorities into scalable data and technology solutions across Data 360, Marketing Cloud, and agentic AI use cases. You'll influence outcomes by shaping data-driven customer experiences and leading cross-functional workstreams.

• Lead discovery, solution design and delivery for Salesforce Data 360 and connected marketing technology engagements
• Partner with CMOs and marketing/sales/service teams to translate priorities into scalable data/technology solutions
• Architect and configure Data 360 capabilities (data models, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, activation)
• Build integrations across Data 360, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Agentforce and other front-office platforms; remain hands-on to solve issues
• Work directly in the technology (SQL, APIs/integration patterns, configuration tooling)
• Bring AI and agentic use cases to life (next-best action, predictive segmentation, conversational experiences)
• Lead and develop consultants/engineers and contribute to proposals, accelerators, and delivery methods

• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing technology, CDP, or customer data platforms (consulting or client-facing)
• 3+ years hands-on implementation with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360): data modeling, identity resolution, calculated insights, activation
• 2+ years experience with at least one Salesforce marketing application at a configuration/build level (Marketing Cloud/Engagement or Agentforce)
• 2+ years front-office domain knowledge (marketing operations, campaign management, customer experience, or sales/service data use cases)
• Ability to travel up to 50%
