Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, adapting approaches to match the unique circumstances of each client.
- Engage clients in setting therapeutic goals, guiding them to track their progress and celebrate successes throughout their treatment journey.
- Facilitate teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in-person sessions.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements to support treatment efficacy and continuity of care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities and peer consultation to refine clinical skills and stay informed on emerging therapy practices.

Qualifications

- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport within therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience
- Demonstrable experience in a clinical setting, especially within outpatient services.

Compensation and Benefits
