Key Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges.
- Developing and implementing effective, individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Providing individual therapy sessions, whether in-person (as needed) or via teletherapy, to meet clients where they are in their healing journeys.
- Regularly collaborating with clients to set and monitor their therapeutic goals throughout the treatment process.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and ensuring security in client communications.
- Actively participating in professional development initiatives, such as workshops, trainings, and peer consultations, to enhance your skill set and remain current with new methodologies.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A valid license in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, establishing a safe, empathetic, and respectful relationship with clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring effective case management while balancing administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience providing clinical services in a community health or private practice setting. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices is highly regarded, as well as experience working with clients from multiple cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
