As a remote Mental Health Counselor, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, using technology to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, leading to tailored treatment plans that reflect each individual's unique needs.
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities that align with best practices.
- Facilitate the establishment of therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Utilize teletherapy tools to offer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to in-person care.
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation consistent with ethical practices and regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.
- Proactively engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer discussions to strengthen clinical skills and stay current with mental health advancements.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a valid and active license as:
- Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a safe, trustworthy, and meaningful client-therapist relationship.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective interaction with diverse populations.
- Strong organizational abilities, enabling efficient management of caseloads while meeting deadlines for documentation and client follow-ups.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in community health or outpatient scenarios.

- Previous experience with teletherapy platforms and tools to ensure a seamless virtual therapeutic experience.

- Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, contingent on experience and caseload.
