Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
- Active and valid state licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD, demonstrating expertise in mental health counseling.
- A Bachelor's degree is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exemplary empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to handle a caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a community health setting or private practice is highly desired. Compensation and Benefits
